The villa has a large living room with a sitting-room and a dinette. A modern kitchen adjoins the living room and is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezing compartment and an ice-cube machine and a Senseo coffee-maker. There are three double rooms in the house which are furnished with air conditioning and there are two luxurious bathrooms.
In the storeroom you will find a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a barbeque. There are 2 cable TV’s, a CD- and a DVD-player, a I-pod dockingstation, and wireless internet (Wifi), free of charge and a telephone.
A private salt water swimming pool is situated in the garden. It measures 30m2 and includes a jaccuzi.
The wide garden of this villa (ca 950 m2) offers you complete privacy and is constructed with white grit and wonderful native plants. Thanks to the porch and the nice gazebo two places are created where you can find wind and shadow. From here you can enjoy the marvellous view on the swimming pool and the garden.
