Tarrifs for renting this villa
High season
1 december to 1 march and 1 july to 1 september :
Weekly price: $ 1.800,- (from 2 weeks $ 1.650,-)
Low season
1 march to 1 july and 1 september to 1 december
Weekly price: $1.600,- (from 2 weeks $1.400,-)
Included in the rental prices are the weekly cleaning of the residence and $60,- per week for the use of water and electricity. If necessary, extra use will be paid for at the end of the rental period.
A maximum of six persons can stay in the residence for addition persons a payment of $25,- p.p. per night is required. Sufficient linen and bath towels are available in the house, though we do advise you to take bathing towels in case you want to go to the beach.
When you arrived at Aruba and you received you rental car, you can contact Rent House Aruba. They will welcome you at the living. You will receive the keys of the house and you will get explanations about things which are worth knowing about the residence.
